Your credit card and email address are required for participation in our Membership Program. The membership is good for 12 months and the card will automatically be charged one year from your initial sign-up. Our secure system only allows us to see the last 4-digits of your credit card number.
Please note Simply You Med Spa continues to adhere to an Appointment Cancellation Policy and kindly ask that you provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice or you will be charged the no-show or 24-hour cancellation fee.
Memberships, benefits, and complimentary services are non-transferable and non-refundable. You can cancel your membership at any time in writing and a 30-day notice is required. Simply You Med Spa reserves the right to increase the annual membership fee. You will be notified of any changes to the membership at least 30 days prior to changes occurring and at least 30 days prior to the annual renewal.
